In loving memory of Simone, our much loved daughter, sister, auntie and friend.
Simone worked as a parent support worker for Action for Children. She loved her work and knew the value of working with parents and children to improve their lives.
St. Richard’s Hospice provided Simone with support after her diagnosis, and later on with a tranquil and caring environment in the final weeks of her life.
